Our first use case for Inkdit is the old familiar terms and conditions of site sign-ups. Chances are, you’ve clicked on dozens of these as you’ve created accounts on different web sites. There are many types of contracts that we could have started with but this is a great starting point since it is something we will find really useful at our other company, Industry Mailout. Industry Mailout has thousands of accounts created where the user has checked the “I agree” box for Industry Mailout’s End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Most sites with a signup like this have “Terms and Conditions” that new users agree to. Industry Mailout has a EULA for reasons that aren’t important for this discussion.
