iPhone e-Signature Speed Test

We wanted to see which e-signature service is the fastest for mobile signers, so we tested them on an iPhone. We signed the same contract using six different vendors: Inkdit, Docusign, Echosign, HelloSign, RightSignature and SignNow.

iPhone electronic signature speed test results

We’ve worked hard to make Inkdit fast for mobile so we were confident that Inkdit would do well, but we crushed everyone! At a time of 1 minute and 3 seconds, Inkdit was more than twice as fast as its nearest competitor and five times faster than the worst.

So, what makes Inkdit so much faster? It turns out that Inkdit is the only esignature service that isn’t trying to be a piece of paper. Inkdit sends your contract in a format that mobile phones like, HTML. Everyone else, is trying to scrunch an 8.5×11 sheet of paper onto your phone! Not only are those teeny pieces of paper illegible, they’re super slow as well.

Don’t take our word for it. Here are the videos.

  • The contract used is the same for each video.
  • We time each video from the point of opening the email inviting the signer to the point that we are certain that we have signed successfully.
  • We are on a high-speed local network
  • The user persona that is e-signing was not a registered user with any of the services tested.

Howdy just wanted to give you a brief heads up and
let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome.
